Who we are
FatLady.ai is a social media content creation, scheduling, publishing, and analytics service operated by Simply Vision Tech Ltd (“FatLady.ai,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@fatlady.ai.

We process information so your AI social employee can understand your business, create content, connect to accounts you authorize, publish as instructed, and learn from performance.
Information we collect
Your name, email, login details, plan, preferences, and communications with us.
Websites, app listings, brand instructions, audience information, competitors, and goals you submit.
Platform identifiers, account names, granted permissions, and encrypted access or refresh tokens from official authorization flows.
Prompts, drafts, captions, media, approvals, schedules, published posts, and performance data available through connected platforms.
IP address, browser/device type, timestamps, pages or features used, diagnostics, and security events.
Plan, credit balance, invoices, and transaction status. Payment-card details are processed by our payment provider, not stored directly by us.
We may also analyze information from public webpages or social profiles that you ask FatLady.ai to review. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information that is not needed for the Service.
How and why we use information
- Provide the Service: create strategies and content, manage approvals, schedule and publish posts, and show results.
- Maintain connections: authenticate connected social accounts and refresh permissions where supported.
- Personalize output: remember your brand voice, goals, preferences, and prior feedback.
- Operate safely: prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and violations of law or platform rules.
- Support and improve: answer requests, troubleshoot errors, measure reliability, and develop features.
- Communicate: send service notices, account messages, and—where permitted—product updates you can opt out of.
- Meet legal obligations: keep required records and respond to valid legal requests.
Depending on where you live, our legal bases may include performing our contract with you, complying with law, your consent, and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it at any time.
Who helps us process data
We share information only when needed to operate FatLady.ai, follow your instructions, protect the Service, or comply with law. Categories may include:
Providers are permitted to process information only for their contracted purpose and subject to appropriate obligations. We may disclose information in a corporate transaction or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, investigate abuse, or keep people safe.
We do not sell your personal data
We do not sell personal information or connected social-account data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention and deletion
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here. Retention depends on the type of information, whether your account remains active, legal or accounting obligations, security needs, and your deletion choices.
Connected
Tokens and account identifiers are retained while the connection is active.
Disconnected
Future access stops. We remove or expire connection credentials in line with our operational processes.
Deleted
Eligible account data is deleted or de-identified, normally within 30 days of a verified request, except where retention is legally required or needed for disputes, security, or fraud prevention.
Backups may retain residual copies for a limited period until they cycle out and are protected from ordinary use.
Security and international transfers
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data, including access controls, encrypted transport, credential protection, monitoring, and restricted production access. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong password and protect access to your email and connected accounts.
FatLady.ai and its providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers, such as adequacy decisions or contractual protections.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a portable copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to appeal a decision or complain to your local data-protection authority.

Children, policy changes, and contact
FatLady.ai is a business service and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can review and remove it.
We may update this policy as FatLady.ai evolves. We will post the revised version here, update the effective date, and provide additional notice when a change is material or legally required.

Connected social accounts
When you connect Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or another supported platform, you authorize FatLady.ai through that platform’s official OAuth flow. We receive only the permissions and information shown during authorization. The available information varies by platform and the features you enable.
Identify the connected account, prepare or publish approved content, retrieve publishing status, and obtain permitted performance metrics.
Review permissions, disconnect inside FatLady.ai, or revoke access from the platform itself. Revoking access stops future activity but may not remove posts already published.
Each social platform independently controls its services and applies its own terms and privacy policy.
